the facilities were okay. the villas were decorated well.

I found the tv not working properly in a smelly room. It required a change to another room. the buggy system was the worst. I waited over an hour after calling with no buggy appearing. i ended up walking a lot to the main facilities and the lobby. clearly, the resort prioritizes ballroom visitors over in-house guests. i don't believe this is a 5-star resort.
