a decent stay
large room friendly staff helpful staff resort cleanliness poor maintenance room condition
the room was large. it had enough space for us. the honeymoon room was perfect. the staff were friendly. they were always helpful.
the resort cleanliness needs improvement. the rooms also need more care. the resort looked a bit worn. it needs repair.

smelly room worst buggy system
the facilities were okay. the villas were decorated well.
I found the tv not working properly in a smelly room. It required a change to another room. the buggy system was the worst. I waited over an hour after calling with no buggy appearing. i ended up walking a lot to the main facilities and the lobby. clearly, the resort prioritizes ballroom visitors over in-house guests. i don't believe this is a 5-star resort.
